At Lac McGillivray, we offer our customers the very best in fishing and outdoor fun. SunnySide cabin is the only one situated on this private island, accessible only by boat. With the stunning views of the sunrise and sunset, you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature.

You'll find excellent bass and walleye fishing, and the dock is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sun. You can also take a dip in the lake or take a leisurely stroll around the island. Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned pro, our 2 bedroom cabin is cozy and perfect for small families.

Available Amenities:

• All cabins come with propane fridges, stoves, light connections for a generator, and your own dock.

• Fishing Licenses available at the main office

• Kayak 50$ a day or 200$ a week – Only 3 available so reserve ASAP.

•  Aluminum Boat Rentals 15$ a day or 60$ a week

• Lund Side console fishing boat - 50hp 4stroke  (1 rental available)

• BBQ & Propane Tank Rental – 50$ for 2 day or 100$ for a week

• Generator rentals are available 

• Guided Fishing Trips & Shore Lunches are available - just ask for more info

• You are more than welcome to bring your own boat - boat launch is at the main lodge, every cabin has a dock to tie off your boat.
